Air France:
Conceived, designed and implemented the S.M.A.R.T. project (Sales, Marketing, Analysis & Reporting Tool ). The project enabled the company to decentralize some of its sales / marketing efforts by supplying account executives with high performance portable computer systems equipped with proprietary software.

Implemented Web based promotions to generate exposure and sales.
Liaison between end-users and the engineering department during conceptual stages of the S.M.A.R.T. project.
Maintained strong relationships with the New York, Washington DC, Chicago, Miami and Los Angeles offices to better address specific regional marketing needs.
Tested and "debugged" software during developmental stages.
Oversaw acquisition of $1.1 Million of hardware and software.
Managed system installations and trained 100 users in the North-American market.

Tahiti Tourisme: Launched the Tahiti Tourism's New York office. Handled all banking, budgeting, forecasting and back office management. Developed a plan of action for 1995,1996,1997 and achieved the following:

Established relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, airlines, hotels and cruise companies.
Implemented a sales call pattern and presented educational seminars to the travel trade.
Created a database of tourism professionals by category and vertical markets.
Organized Tahiti workshops throughout major US Cities.
Developed tailored promotions to increase exposure for the destination on the East Coast.
Increased the territory's market share to 11%.

Since 1997, the 5 French regions of Alsace, Burgundy, Champagne, Franche-Comte and Lorraine have turned to EuroQuest for the development, promotion, advertising, public relations and general management of their respective areas on the North American Market. RESA: Specialized in Airport computer systems, RESA had been bidding for the computer system of a brand new terminal in J.F.Kennedy airport. The airport terminal association was composed of Air France airlines, Lufthansa, Japan Airlines and Korean Airlines and EuroQuest had been selected to run the negotiations, presentations as well as hiring the airport maintenance team, the installation team and hardware vendor for RESA.

International Sport Experts (ISE): Internationally known in the creation and sponsoring of sporting events (Ice Skating, Golf, Formula 1 car Racing), ISE turned to EuroQuest to seek new sponsors for its yearly worldwide events ( Skate-in music trophy; Cup of Russia, Top Jump; etc..). EuroQuest was also in charge of finding sponsors of the French athlete Surya Bonaly, olympic champion of Ice Skating. Contacted major sponsors like Levis Strauss, Nike, Eastman Kodak, Coca Cola, Pepsi Cola, Visa, Mastercard, Estee Lauder etc..

Opus One Winery (Mondavi / Baron Philippe de Rothschild):
For their joint venture Opus One wine, the Mondavi's turned to EuroQuest to set up a client/distributor database for their sales reps along with monthly revenue statistics.

The Mineral Springs of Wattwiller, SA: Researched all laws and regulations of the Food and Drug Administration and petitioned the government for waivers for this French mineral water. Handled all import & export procedures, as well as the relations with US distributors. Participated in the Fancy Food Show and other professional trade shows.
